Has the "Trump effect" spilled over the border to Canada? Today's headline makes me wonder if the editor tries to shelter his smugness behind this rhetorical question. The front page story reminds me of an Ontario judge who wore a “Make America Great Again” ball cap to court the day after the U.S. election. I put down the paper and look out the window.
